Refund and Cancellation Policy for Heritage Experiences

Thank you for choosing ThisDay Experiences by Ekank Technologies Private Limited (“Company”) for your heritage adventure. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience that immerses you in the rich history and culture of our heritage sites.

To ensure clarity and transparency in our refund policy, please review the following guidelines:

Refunds are determined on an experience-by-experience basis, with the criteria outlined in the policy provided at the time of booking:

In cases where the Company must cancel an experience, a full refund will generally be offered unless stated otherwise in the experience-specific policy.

• Refunds for participant cancellations are determined by the specific terms of the experience.
• If no other terms are provided, the default is a 100% refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance, with no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled experience.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 [seven] business days from the date of your request, unless otherwise specified in the experience’s policy.

No-show policies are also specific to each experience. In general, participants who fail to arrive without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund, though terms may vary by experience.

Some heritage experiences may be impacted by weather conditions. In cases where the Company cancels an experience due to adverse weather, participants will typically be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Additional terms may apply based on the experience.

To modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability, may incur additional fees, and are governed by the individual experience policy.

Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Company will not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Company reserves the right to amend this refund policy or the policy specific to any experience at any time. The latest version will always be available on our websites, including www.thisday.app, www.redfortdelhi.com, and any other domains we may own or operate in the future.
