Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma is a faculty at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi. His Heritage walks on different historical themes have been covered by BBC, NDTV, The HINDU, Hindustan Times, Scroll and various media platforms. Gaurav Sharma was born in 1987 and has been a lifelong Dilliwala. He grew up amidst the multilayered culture of Delhi. As one of the Co-founders of Darwesh Heritage walks, Nitika is a History Heritage Cultural curator. Sohail Hashmi

Sohail Hashmi is an oral historian of Delhi, social activist, filmmaker and heritage conservationist. Hashmi conducts immersive Delhi Heritage Walks to introduce citizens, particularly children, to their city. In these walks, he incorporates the history of people, culture, food and architecture of Delhi. He won a Heritage Award from INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage) Delhi Chapter in 2022 for his walks. Hashmi is the author of Sanchi: Where Tigers Fly, and Lions Have Horns. It is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of India Series.
